So, today is the day!  We leave on our long-anticipated trip to Turkey this afternoon.  We have received copies of our itinerary, and it looks like we will be busy, busy, busy!  I hope to update this blog on a daily basis, but you can also follow our trip on Facebook--I am also blogging through TripColor.

We are all packed.  I have a massage scheduled for this morning, and a few errands to run, and then we are off.  We will travel to Chicago, and then on to Istanbul this evening.  We should arrive about 5:00 on Friday evening, Turkish time, which will be about 10:00 Friday morning back at home.
